Dilemma

So OSPIRG said I could start as a canvasser on Monday. My mom and sister think that I should wait for something else. It seems like sort of a sink or swim thing, and if I sink, I will be worse off than right now for various reasons. Do you think I should take this job? You guys know me. Why/why not?
